Our mission

Make lost business value visible.

Every business runs on systems that don't talk to each other — CRM, ERP, finance, support, operations. Value slips through the gaps between them, and no single tool can see it. Staxaxis exists to connect those systems and surface where expected value isn't becoming realized value — with the evidence to prove it.

Why Staxaxis exists

Businesses invest heavily in the systems that run each function, then spend enormous effort reconciling them by hand — exporting spreadsheets, chasing discrepancies, and arguing over whose number is right. The real cost isn't the reconciliation work; it's the value that quietly leaks while everyone is looking at their own screen.

We started Staxaxis because that leakage is both enormous and invisible. Closed-won deals that never get fully invoiced. Renewals that lapse while support tickets pile up. Capacity that's paid for but never used. Each gap is small on its own and material in aggregate — and each one lives in the space between two systems that were never designed to reconcile.

What we're building

Staxaxis is a cross-system value intelligence layer. You connect the systems your business already uses; Staxaxis analyzes authorized data across them to detect discrepancies, challenge them, prove what's defensible, and route validated findings to the right team. It's built to answer one question well: where is value breaking down, and what should we do about it?

How we work

Principles we build on.

  • Evidence over assertion

A finding is only useful if it can be traced back to the underlying records. Nothing is presented as lost value until it has been challenged and proven.

  • Your data stays yours

Systems are connected with least-privilege, read-only access. Every query is organization-scoped, and one customer's data is never used to serve another.

  • Cross-system by design

The value that leaks between systems is invisible to any single application. Staxaxis is built to see across the seams — money, operations, growth, and capacity together.

  • Honest about certainty

Discrepancies are shown as things to investigate, with their basis and confidence visible, so teams can decide what to act on rather than trust a black box.

Where we are today

Staxaxis is an early-stage company actively building the platform and working with initial design partners. We're being deliberate about what we claim: the integrations you see on the site reflect their real status, and we don't publish customer names, metrics, or case studies we can't stand behind. As those milestones become real, this page will grow to include them.

If you're evaluating Staxaxis, the fastest way to understand it is to try it on your own systems — or to talk to us directly about your environment.
